• Cinema Social retains full ownership of all photos, video footage, and other media content created through our services.
• Cinema Social and Lombardo Home Team reserve the right to use all footage and photography for any marketing purposes, including but not limited to social media, digital advertising, website content, promotional materials, and portfolio showcases.
• Clients may receive a license to use the content for their own marketing and business purposes, but this does not transfer ownership of the original media.
4. Client Responsibilities
Clients agree to:
• Provide accurate information and timely feedback
• Secure necessary permissions for filming at locations
• Not alter or misrepresent Cinema Social’s media without written permission
5. Payment and Cancellations
Payment terms will be defined in each service agreement or invoice. Late payments may incur fees. Cancellations made with less than 48 hours written notice may be subject to a cancellation fee of $100 or 50% of your total original scheduled invoice, whichever is greater.
6. Intellectual Property
All logos, branding, designs, and content displayed on our website are the intellectual property of Cinema Social unless otherwise noted. You may not copy, reproduce, or use any of our materials without prior written consent.
7. Limitation of Liability
Cinema Social is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our content or services. While we strive for excellence, we do not guarantee specific results from our marketing efforts.
8. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms at any time. The most current version will always be available on our website. Continued use of our services constitutes your acceptance of any updates.
